Information Technology Project Manager

IT Project Manager 12 month FTC - Remote - £50,000 Your new company My client provides support to ensure they fulfil their customers demands. Your new role You’ll be leading the implementation of new business systems, which are due to go live next week. You will play a key part in developing and managing their project plans, working with the digital transformation programme manager to deliver IT, Operations, Central Services projects. You will lead the tendering process Request for Proposal (RFP), tender evaluation, contract negotiations and supplier selection process in collaboration with the project team to achieve the overall goal of integrating the new systems. You will have to identify potential risks to the business which will affect the implementation and mitigation of their overall systems, whilst collaborating with exciting project teams to ensure they are aligned with set milestones. Throughout the project you will monitor and track key milestones reporting back to the senior leadership team. Alongside managing the overall business system's implementation, you will lead the system testing, UAT and sign off relevant approvals, whilst working collaboratively with the DTP team to assess and monitor data quality, and to manage the data cleansing processes. What you'll need to succeed Experience managing and leading IT Projects with prior experience implementing business systems and IT related projects. You will need to have Project Management qualifications i.e APM, Prince2 or PMP. You will be required to have previous experience managing and delivering multi-projects from scratch, demonstrating experience of budget management. You will have experience in process analysis and redesign and used project management tools such as Monday.com. You need to be a good communicator and can demonstrate stakeholder management at a high level. You need to have completed Business Systems projects coming with knowledge of systems scoping, selection, testing, piloting and implementation.
