As leaders in complex case management, this role offers a chance to lead a wonderful team as they participate in range in Occupational Rehabilitation projects. This is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious, passionate, and collaborative professional. *As a Team Leader & Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in:** Leading a professional, warm team who are excited to welcome you. * Providing your professional input to wider growth initiatives and collaborating with the wider management team * Assisting a varied caseload, conducting functional assessments, ADLs, and worksite assessments. Providing return-to-work and complex case management with a strong focus on early intervention. * Liaising with key stakeholders and contributing to health prevention projects. * Engaging with clients onsite and supporting them in achieving health and work outcomes. *Requirements:** Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Psychology. * Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC/RCAA. * Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills. * Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle. * Occupational Rehabilitation experience. * Management skills or the desire to grow and learn in this area. *What is on offer:** Live in one of the best locations in Australia, surrounded by natural beauty. * Professional growth with a welcoming, warm team. * Tailored support, billing requirements and salaries to support your professional goals * Travel for work to explore the stunning parts of North Queensland and Far North Queensland. * Immense support to set you up for success as a Team Leader (6-month handover)* Relocation assistance available. * Join us in making a real impact on the lives of others through early intervention and holistic case management.
