Salary : Dependent on experience and hours Hours : Mon – Fri / Mon – Thurs: 39hrs / Part-time and shift options available Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our location in Shipley. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience. Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives with experience in providing excellent customer service
- Strong customer support and problem-solving skills
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a positive customer experience
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
