Job Summary: This role is to support collateral management operations of the Clearing Houses of HKEX. Maintain ordered and efficient collateral management of HKEX Clearing Houses. Oversee Clearing Houses settlement bank services. Engage in market initiative and policy change implementation. Support market participants to better understand Clearing Houses Rules and Procedures Job Duties: Responsibilities
- Support collateral management operation of the Clearing Houses of HKEX
- Work independently on assigned tasks, provide cross training and aim to become subject matter experts
- Streamline processes to improve operation efficiency, challenge the norm of existing processes
- Be inquisitive, creative, commercial and solution driven
- Maintain collateral data availability and transparency
- Support infrastructure upgrade verification and product launch
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in financial industry with middle to back office operations experience preferred (candidate with more experience would be consider for Associate)
- University Degree, preferably in Finance / Business Administration/Logistic/Data Science or related subjects;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
- Proficiency in Access, Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage
- Proactive, strong team spirit and analytical mindset
