- Lead the development and implementation of a successful sales strategy in the Insurance segment across Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- Identify, develop, and convert new revenue opportunities, exceeding revenue targets.
- Act as a market and product/service expert, achieving sales targets for both new and recurring revenue.
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists (pre-sales) to develop clear and concise proposals tailored to individual client needs.
- Engage with prospective clients using a consultative sales approach, collaborating with Relationship Managers to drive sales and close deals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, guiding clients through the entire sales process.
- Capture insurance market intelligence and trends to share with the extended team.
- Leverage Moody's global network, best practices, and assets to build, strengthen, and convert opportunities.
- Develop compelling proposals and liaise with legal and delivery colleagues to ensure achievable scope and deliverables.
- Actively manage the sales pipeline to prioritize leads and opportunities, providing valuable insights to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Insurance, or related field.
- 7+ years of proven sales track record in Financial Services, preferably in Insurance.
- Client-oriented with a business development mindset.
- Demonstrated success, passion for data-led insights, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent business-level English; local language skills preferred.
- Resilience and adaptability, attention to detail, planning, problem resolution, collaboration, and commitment to personal development.
- Good sense of humor, adventurous spirit, and enjoyment of diverse client interactions.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
