Finance and Tax Manager
Job details
Ensuring that all accounting books and financial records of the company are managed in a timely and accurate manner,
Fulfilling all legal and tax obligations of the company, ensuring that related reports and declarations are prepared accurately and on time,
Managing cash flow planning and treasury operations,
Monitoring and reporting of accounts receivables, managing customer credit risk process of the company,
Managing month/year closing transactions in accordance with accounting principles and management reporting guidelines,
Managing and coordinating the company's audit processes with the relevant audit firms,
Managing proper internal control processes in the company,
Developing systems and processes to improve efficiency,
Leading ERP implementations for financial functions,
Developing and empowering accounting team of the company. Aranan Özellikler:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
MBA, CPA, CMA certification a plus,
Minimum 8-10 years of financial experience in similar positions, preferably in Retail, FMCG or consumer goods sectors,
Fluency in English is a must,
Advance skills in Ms Office, knowledge in ERP systems preferable in Navision, SAP- BW, Microsoft Business Central,
Strong analytical capabilities with passion for diligence and results,
Excellent communication skills with ability for team work and cross functional tasks,
Ability to create and improve processes and systems.
