Purpose of the Role Exciting opportunities have arisen to join our HR Consultancy team as Employee Relations Specialists. We have 2 remote based positions which will manage complex or critical ER cases, TUPE situations and change management. This role needs an energetic, organised and technically sound individual who will work collaboratively with all our HR teams. We are looking for a problem-solving individual who is an exceptional communicator and who is able to build and maintain secure relationships. You’ll need to be an effective influencer who doesn’t shy away from difficult or emotional conversations and can demonstrate confidence and integrity in all they do. What you will do This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following and more:
- Manage complex or critical employee relations issues including but not limited to:
- Perform all tasks, cases and issues surrounding TUPE within the Ardonagh Advisory platform.
- Manage and be a point of reference in relation to Change Management including:
- Knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
- Experience of preparing Employment Tribunal information
- Experience of working in a multi-unionised environment
- Understanding of employment legislation and how it impacts company policies
- Experience of writing company policies, procedures and guidance materials
- Understanding the changes required to the workplace changes to ensure compliance with employment legislation
