Day-to-day responsibilities:- Taking responsibility for his/her division for us which is sourcing and placing professionals at senior and executive levels
- Proactively building, developing and managing key external talent pipelines
- Defining define the resourcing strategy, roles and responsibilities, recruitment process, timelines and risk mitigation with client
- Supporting the continued improvement of the current recruitment system to achieve operational excellence
- Serving as a liaison between client and candidate throughout recruitment process
- Developing new client relationships, managing his/her portfolio of clients, creating opportunities, attending client meetings
- Outstanding communication skills, resilience, and dedication to succeed
- Ability to judge & prioritize multiple demands whilst delivering fast-paced service excellence
- Ability to undertake a consultative approach, considering a range of contributing factors from different individuals
- A proven understanding of how to build lasting professional relationships based on trust and results
- Competitive with a strong work ethic
