We're seeking a dedicated Housing Tutor to join our successful team. Delivering engaging housing workshops to learners on apprenticeship programmes and commercial courses. Key responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face or remote workshops using Microsoft Teams. Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback. Manage learner progress efficiently to meet Key Performance Indicators. Collaborate on curriculum development and training programme design. Support apprentices throughout their learning journey. Maintain excellent client relationships through effective communication. Resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements: Previous work in the housing sector and exposure to training or workshop delivery. Desirable qualifications include TAQA (L3 Assessor), Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and Level 5 CIH Diploma. GCSE English and Maths are essential. Proficient in Microsoft Packages (especially Excel and Teams), excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and a proactive approach to work.
