Business Development Executive Up to £40k plus bonus / commission plus package Remote / Field-based Your New Employer This employer offers a unique opportunity to step (further) into the realm of EV charging and become a business development executive. They offer a dynamic and exciting work environment of a tight-knit, start-up team that enables individuals to grow and thrive whilst all the while developing their techniques to sell into the EV world as a business development executive. Additionally, there is the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Sales to progress your career significantly. Your New Role You would be covering the North or South of the country depending on your preference and location in a field sales capacity, travelling to appointments with prospective business clients selling B2B for those who are rural and who come with destination charger site potential. This will involve an element of cold calling and competent diary management from someone who is autonomous and a self-starter. You will be approaching these types of business consistently and methodically. As business development executive you will have a monthly and quarterly visit to the office for team days and meetings. Your Background You will have experience in B2B selling with additional experience in a cold-calling or similar situation. You will have previous experience as an independent salesperson and be able to demonstrate previous experience comprehensively managing a rigorous schedule with the future prospect of covering your section of the UK. As business development executive, you will have worked previously to build sales pipelines and grow your own sales success. In Return You will receive market leading commission and a compensation package which will be dependant on experience. You will also receive a Vitality health care package. The holiday element of the package is 33 days plus one for birthdays. You will meet for quarterly team building events in this dynamic start up.
