Operations Representative

We are looking for a full time operation representative for our international team. 5 days a week, including weekends. Morning, mid and evening shifts. Location: London-Marble Arch, Hampstead and remotely. Starting work period: immediate Starting salary: £1600+£200 travel expenditures Training period: 1 week fully paid To be successful, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the accommodation when working on site
• Fulfil check in requirements (Documents, Deposit, etc.)
• Answer, solve and forward guest's requests
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via email
• Perform other management duties and interacts with customer service team in other locations
• Answer emails and messages

• Proven work experience in customer service and hospitality
• Proficiency in use of channel manager software
• Experience in working with OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
