Who we’re looking for We’re searching for a highly organised, digital native to join our award-winning creative agency, to support our Creator Success team with our creator community. You will play a crucial role to help grow and build meaningful relationships with creators and influencers, ensuring they are engaged and responsive throughout the creative delivery process to enable us to deliver creator assets for our clients efficiently on a recurring basis.   The objective of the role

  • Active outreach and onboarding of Creators that meet client demographics, using tools such as Twitter, TikTok Creator Marketplace or other platforms of interest
  • General administration and project management for creator and influencer assignments across a broad client base, supporting the client team with the briefing & delivery of high standard creator assets
  • Regularly communicate with, and nurture a hub of happy, productive creators in order to maximise brief acceptance and quality, providing value at all touch points
  • Build and nurture relationships with TikTok partners, ensuring Aura Ads maintains a positive relationship and is at the forefront of selection for briefs
  • Spot emerging platforms and suggest how we may utilise & capitalise on them with our creator network, as well as exploring other revenue streams utilising creators
Daily and monthly responsibilities
  • Support the Client team to maintain project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure smooth progress.
  • Facilitate communication, negotiations, and collaboration agreements with creators and influencers
  • Create briefing documents for creators to ensure all key messaging required is captured and they align with client requirements and deadlines
  • Liaise with creators daily to ensure they are informed throughout the creative production process
  • Manage logistics of product delivery and communicate delivery schedules and details to all relevant stakeholders internally and externally
  • Organise and oversee asset delivery, ensuring they meet quality standards and meet client expectations
  • Budget management to ensure creator spend does not exceed allocated budgets
  • Sourcing and onboarding of new creators and influencers suitable for our projects
  • Manage offboarding process for creators who are not able to meet our quality standards
  • Ensure all creators are contractually bound to Aura Ads for any assignments completed, and that all boundaries & terms are understood or compliant
  • Attend any offline events (i.e. TikTok workshops) that are build to engage & nurture the community as well as developing skills & knowledge to improve delivery
What you’ll be bringing to the team
  • Experience in a similar role ideally with a brand or agency
  • Familiarity with influencer and creator processes including Whitelisting (spark ads) 
  • Solid experience of social media platforms, specifically TikTok & editing apps (i.e. InShot, CapCut)
  • A strong creative eye and strategic mindset, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Confidence with negotiating
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using communication and project management tools (ideally Slack and Monday.com )
