Executive PA City of London offices (hybrid working available) Salary up to £45,000 p.a. Supporting 2:1 at C-Suite Insurance Services sector We are delighted to be supporting a world class Insurance Services business, in the appointment of an Executive PA to assist with their continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, diligent and competent PA to support at a senior level, with the additional benefit of day-to-day mentorship from an amazing Business Ops Manager. You will take on responsibility for:

  • Providing executive support to the Group Founder/CEO and the Group CFO as well as providing ad-hoc support to the wider Leadership team where required.
  • Scheduling meeting/appointments, resolving any scheduling issues and adapting the calendar according to priorities and business needs.
  • Arranging extensive business travel both in the UK and internationally and assisting in producing meeting planners/itineraries.
  • Arranging and managing both internal and external client meetings inc. room bookings, AV requirements, etc.
  • Organising/coordinating team events and offsites, assisting where necessary on external client events including research, sourcing venues and monitoring budgets.
  • Managing and submitting business expense claims, ensuring they adhere to company policy. Reporting to the Business Ops Manager, and providing cover for admin support where necessary.
In order to be considered you need to have:
  • Strong and demonstrable experience within a similar role, ideally within the Financial or Professional Services sector
  • Ability to provide excellent administrative and organisational support, planning and prioritising effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the confidence to deal with all levels of seniority and a flexible attitude to managing competing demands.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with good time management skills, adapting to meet the needs of the business where required.
  • Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders, whilst always exercising discretion and diplomacy in all communication.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
