VP - Real World Evidence / Health Data Analytics - Evidence Generation I’m working exclusively with an innovative start-up healthcare consulting team, now in their 4th year of consistent YoY growth, expanding headcount by 15 last year, a senior leadership position has opened up offering the chance to grow and expand RWE offerings, whilst staying close to the science, delivering high quality research alongside tech-enabled solutions for clients. My client brings together clinicians, statisticians, epidemiologists, health economists and health data scientists alongside established analytics and technology teams to deliver new solutions for the fundamental challenges in health. Ideal profile: - Expertise in RWE Consultancy, Observational Research & Evidence Generation, alongside excellent people leadership and client engagement skills - 10+ years experience in consulting (desirable), Pharma backgrounds considered - Track record of leading teams in delivering innovative work - Strong analytical/quantitative skills - Willingness and ability to get your hands dirty early on whilst building and expanding a team and company capabilities - Entrepreneurial experience in a ‘sell and deliver’ role Current project scope with room to grow and expand: - Bespoke, analytical healthcare studies using a variety of global real world databases, - Support the Real World Evidence Generation service area lead in the training and development of the team - Forecasting disease burden, healthcare demand and cost - Analysing demand patterns of healthcare providers to improve care delivery - Design and simulation of reimbursement models including outcome-based agreements - Estimating the cost effectiveness of a range of interventions more holistically from both patients and health systems perspectives - Innovative approaches to identifying and quantifying unmet need - Real world evidence and pharmacoepi studies using electronic healthcare records, registries, biobanks and datasets - Health Economic modelling, HTA, Pricing & Market Access strategy You will be joining a very people focused team and culture, where everyone mucks in, stays close to the science, where new ideas and innovation are welcomed at every level.
