We are currently supporting one of AG's clients with their recruitment for an Interim General Counsel with a strong background in real estate law (start June/July 2024, min 6 months). This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a commercially astute and strategic General Counsel to aid in the future expansion plans of their Property Development Company (sustainable regeneration, housing, commercial outlets etc). This position involves providing high level in-house legal support, along with effective leadership in governance risk, assurance, and the supervision and control of high-value property cases. Essential skills for this role include property experience, solid stakeholder management abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen.
