Das ist der Job:
- Ihre Aufgabe als Account Manager im Bereich Key Account Management umfasst zwei wesentliche Bereiche :
- Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die operative und strategische Betreuung unserer regionalen Großkunden aus dem Handwerk. Sie erstellen Angebote , führen Verhandlungen mit der Entscheiderebene und schließen lokale Rahmenverträge sowie Lieferabkommen ab.
- Außerdem sind Sie, in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren nationalen und internationalen Key Account Managern, für unsere überregional agierenden Verbandskunden verantwortlich. Sie planen, kontrollieren und steuern die Umsätze und bauen Geschäftsbeziehungen weiter aus.
- Bei der Analyse der bisherigen Prozesse erfragen Sie die Bedürfnisse Ihrer Kunden, decken Verbesserungspotenziale auf und binden die RECA Spezialisten (z. B. Systemlösungen, Fahrzeugeinrichtungen) aktiv in die Lösungsfindung ein.
- Ihr Ziel: Die besten Lösungen finden mit dem größten Nutzen für Ihre Kunden - z. B. durch die Einführung von digitalen Beschaffungs- und Bewirtschaftungslösungen .
- Ihre Termine organisieren Sie eigenverantwortlich. Dabei ist Ihnen die Unterstützung eines starken Teams aus Innendienst, Ihrer Regionalverkaufsleitung und anderen Fachbereichen sicher.
Das macht Sie aus:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb ist Voraussetzung. Darüber hinaus ist eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung / Studium von Vorteil.
- Ihr Zahlenverständnis und Ihre betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnisse setzen Sie zur Prozessoptimierung ein. Sie verfolgen Ihre Vertriebsziele ehrgeizig und verstehen es, mit Verhandlungsgeschick und moderner Präsentationstechnik gekonnt zu überzeugen. Kennzahlen und die Wettbewerbssituation haben Sie dabei stets im Blick.
- Sie kommunizieren klar, prägnant und auf Ihre Gesprächspartner angepasst.
- Netzwerken ist Ihre Stärke und Ihr Werkzeug, um den größten Nutzen für Ihre Kunden zu generieren.
- Geschäftsreisen mit Übernachtungen sind fester Bestandteil Ihrer Arbeit – die entsprechende Reisebereitschaft bringen Sie mit.
