Senior Microsoft Security Consultant Salary - £65-80k + Bonus + Benefits Location – Remote (within the UK) Brand new role with a specialist Cyber Security consultancy who are looking for a Senior Security Consultant to build out their Data Security and Information Protection practice, sitting within one of the most respected Cyber Advisory practices in the UK. Being a Microsoft Gold Partner, they are ideally looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Security suite, particularly Purview, but most importantly someone who has operated within the Information Protection and Data Security space and understands the associated cyber risks and has a track record in implementing, configuring and fine-tuning the Purview toolset. This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned Cyber Security consultant with significant consulting experience to lead one the fastest growing practice within their Cyber Security Advisory offering for one the most reputable Cyber Security firms in the UK. This new service line is something they have earmarked for significant growth and investment and represents an amazing opportunity to take ownership of one of the most in demand offerings; with the backing and guidance of some of the most established Cyber Security leaders in the industry. Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their Information and Data Security posture and advise on how best to defend against their associated internal cyber security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Speahead the Data Security service offering, acting as the SME and thought leader for all Information Protection concerns and an SME on the Microsoft Purview toolset.
• Work with the Head Of and wider Cyber Advisory consulting function to develop the Data Security and Information Capability, identifying opportunities to develop/nurture relationships.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years’ cyber security consulting experience with at least 1 dedicated to the Data Security and Information Protection space.
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Security stack and Azure Cloud environments, with experience implementing and managing the Microsoft Purview product.
• Ideally Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate.
• Ability to identify and work with clients, understand their current Information Security posture and develop a coherent Information Security Transformation strategy.
