Job Title: Director – Contracts and Compliance Services (CCS - UK) Location: London Reporting to: Vice President CCS Role Summary: Integreon is looking for a Director to support the Global Delivery Lead for Managed Services in the CCS business unit, organizing and overseeing the daily operations of the UK team. Our CCS business unit is in the process of a significant shift from traditional legal process outsourcing to delivering legal support solutions increasingly powered by generative AI (GenAI). Our Director will be a key role in helping to manage this change. Background experience with legal GenAI tools is not a prerequisite for the role (although it will be an advantage), but awareness of the impact of LegalTech on our industry and a desire to help drive technology-driven innovation in our services are essential. The role requires a broad range of capabilities, which in summary include:

  • A deep understanding of corporate contracts management processes and typical workflows.
  • Familiarity with the contracts management ecosystem, covering in-house legal departments, law firms, alternative legal service providers and LegalTech vendors.
  • Strong team and operational leadership skills.

  • The ability to lead contracts management engagements and provide relevant technical coaching to delivery teams.
  • A focus on efficiency, continuous improvement and innovation in contracts management processes.
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Support the CCS Global Managed Services Delivery Lead, overseeing the management and operations for the UK managed services accounts.
  • Manage a team of CCS associates consisting of legal professionals including junior lawyers and senior paralegals.
  • Institutionalize and work to improve the efficiency of business procedures within the UK managed services accounts, in line with Business Unit goals and objectives and with a particular focus on the use of technology applications and GenAI in that context.
  • Be responsible for effective resource management and help maintain the profitability of the UK delivery center
  • Evaluate overall BU performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics:
  • o including operational metrics like staff utilization, productivity, quality, and financial targets;
  • o conduct ongoing reviews to monitor progress on staff performance objectives and KRAs.
  • Support senior leadership to ensure the commercial strength of current and future engagements (e.g. on staff deployment, pricing and forecasting).
  • Coaching and performance management to optimise service delivery by team members.
  • Participate in creating the business strategy, set and manage budgets, define operational goals that support the business strategy and targets.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • 5+ years of contracts drafting, reviewing and negotiation experience in commercial agreements (preferably including contracts within the technology sector).
  • Minimum of 3 years people management experience handling a team of more than 5 staff.
  • Experience in the provision of legal process outsourcing services preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience as an operations manager or equivalent position and expertise in successfully managing and growing a team.
  • Must have a law degree or GDL required. LPC preferred.
  • Experience in creating contract negotiation playbooks and other tools to standardize and streamline the contract review, drafting and negotiation process.
  • Strongly Preferred: Experience with common contract management platforms like Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Evisort, Agiloft, Conga, Ariba, Onit etc.
  • Good analytical ability, project management experience, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to interface effectively with all business functions throughout the organization.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in a multinational corporate environment with staff working remotely ate least part of the time.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
