Senior Commercial Property Solicitor / Partner

Are you a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor or Partner looking for a new opportunity in Kent? Due to the retirement of a Director, an ambitious and career motivated Commercial Property Solicitor is wanted for a senior role in a forward thinking law firm in Maidstone. The successful candidate will join at Director level (salaried Partner) having demonstrated at interview they have the capacity to manage a team, building out the firm's existing relationships and delivering on a departmental target. The successful candidate will join a team of Commercial and Residential property experts, working with a varied national base across all aspects of Commercial Property and Real Estate, Landlord and Tenant, Finance, Sale and Purchase, Corporate Support. The successful candidate must be in a commutable distance of Maidstone as they will be required to be in the office two days per week, with the rest of the week spent working remotely. There is currently a team of eight fee earners in the Commercial Property department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid Commercial Property Law knowledge and possess great people and communication skills.
