Residential Block Manager

Leasehold Property Manager (Residential Block) Salary: Up to £35,000 Location: South London (Hybrid) Cobalt have partnered with a unique and successful chartered surveyors based in the South London area, who are looking for an experienced residential block manager with strong leasehold knowledge to join the department and manage their own portfolio. This is the opportunity to join an incredibly well-established business that has a great reputation in the market. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
• Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance and major works
• Site visits to ensure good building condition
• Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance
• Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation
• Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio

• Experience in Block Management is essential
• Full and clean drivers license
• IRPM Qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Strong customer service and attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of the section 20 process and dealing with major works projects
