Marleting assisitant required - digital newsletters / socials / attention to detail / hubspot - remote working , part-time We are a small Pan European food importer looking for a remote (home-based) part-time Marketing Assistant for 10 hours/week . You should love great food and restaurants, and thrive on working on marketing projects with distributors to the finest restaurants around Europe. This role is an integral part of our marketing team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with strong attention to detail, who works quickly under preassure. You will have a lot of autonomy, so it is important that you are an excellent communicator and can work effectively with remote teams. You should have a great work ethic and be a perfectionist! Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for producing digital marketing newsletters In Hubspot to be sent to customers
  • Social media - helping to create and gather content and post.
  • Working with design agencies and printers to produce ad hoc marketing collateral
  • To be responsible for an online directory of marketing material
Skills
  • Great communicator and excellent written skills
  • Hubspot marketing knowledge
  • Social media, website and print experience are essential
  • Used to working in a fast paced environment
  • European languages would be a benefit
  • Perfectionist
Experience
  • Experience of working in a marketing assistant role for at least 1 year preferred.
  • Experience of a social media planning program essential
