Our Institutional bank helps our largest customers move trade and capital around the region, providing our people with great opportunities to build their technical expertise and their careers.  As an Associate/ Associate Director, Hong Kong Corporates, you'll play a key role in relationship manage a portfolio of Tech Corporate clients in Hong Kong with full range of product including Lending, Markets, Transaction Banking and Debt Capital Markets. A key requirement of this role is to work with China GRP and Product Partners as well to cross sell into broader products or facilities (where appropriate) and deepen the Banks share of wallet share in Hong Kong and regionally where appropriate. Core Role focus will be on
- Relationship coverage for mainly Chinese Tech Corporate Clients in Hong Kong as booking point.
- Support Hong Kong Conglomerates names.
- Working closely with Global Relationship Point in origination of business opportunities.
- Origination of ongoing management of a loan and liabilities portfolio.
- Client up-tiering and cross sell into broader products or facilities where appropriate.
- Ongoing vigilance and ensuring quality of portfolio and KYC compliance adherence through periodical and adhoc reviews.
- Ensuring portfolios compliance with group standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong credit, banking products and business development skills
- Understanding of customer needs, with customer facing skills
- Banking knowledge and knowledge of ANZ products & services
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ANZ's policies, core product suite and its application, and document/credit processes in terms of cross border transactions is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin is mandatory, Cantonese is preferred.
