Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain credit policy for unsecured retail lending products
  • Implement and improve a digitalized credit process
  • Capable of managing and improving the SOP of unsecured retail lending across the different stages (i.e. Collection, Approver, etc) to avoid the potential deficiencies 
  • Assist the risk leader to cooperate with Compliance and Legal teams to resolve the policy-related incidents
  • Raise requirement for credit decision engine setting according to policy
  • Support new business launch and work with business units
  • Carry out routine TU management
  • Handle regulators' and auditors' requirements
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in risk management, finance, statistics, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail unsecured lending policy development
  • Experienced in handling the HKMA's regulatory requirements/policy-related incidents in unsecured lending products
  • Have successful examples in handling large-scale credit and/or risk projects
  • Understanding of culture and environment of virtual banks is more preferable
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
  • Applicants with more experience will be considered for the Senior Manager position
