As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a skilled Regional Business Analyst to join their application team and contribute to the successful implementation and enhancement of the ERP Dynamics 365 F&O. Job Description: As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in D365 F&O, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and other business units, to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide valuable insights to optimize our business operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements related to the D365 system on the F&O platform.
- Analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement and automation.
- Working closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and assist in the system configuration, customization, and testing.
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business requirements and resolving any issues or bugs identified.
- Providing end-user training and support during and after system implementation.
- Assisting in data migration and ensuring data integrity within the D365 system.
- Monitoring system performance, identifying areas for enhancement, and recommending solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and D365 system functionality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the implementation and support of the ERP F&O.
- Strong understanding of business processes, finance, and operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting process analysis, and creating functional specifications.
- Experience in system configuration, customization, and testing within the D365 platform.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and related tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
