Basic requirements for applicants:
- Passed HKSI paper 1 or is licensed by HKMA or SFC.
- Minimum 3 years of financial industry background.
- Requirement to work alongside company philosophies.
- Eagerness to learn new investible asset types, including real, virtual, financial and tangible commodities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Profit sharing concept. Without base pay but with no ceiling of earnings. It is based on performance concept which opens up to unlimited monetary rewards .
