The ideal applicant should have an extensive track record in M&E operations and knowledgeable for the development of technical submissions for BMS. Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of BMS projects from reception to closure, such as but not limited to development of designs, testing and commissioning, E&M interfacing, and troubleshooting, etc
- Maintain technical and commercial aspects within projects, for instance scope of works, budget controls, project timeline, and scheduling, etc
- Develop technical drawings, and material submissions for BMS projects according to key account's specifications and requirements
- Provide on-site assistance to T&C process and perform inspection to ensure scope of works are completed
- Take lead within the process of trouble-shoot and provide guidance to technician to overcome the case of defect
- Work closely with external parties and internal stakeholders for the completion of project deliverables
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Holder of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Service Engineering, or any other relevant discipline of Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of BMS project experience, all of which should be obtained within the industries of building and construction, facilities and property management, or the E&M sector
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skillsets to communicate with project stakeholders for a smooth execution of project deliverables
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
