Asset Management Leader

MustHaves requirements of this position

• Strong Financial background and execution of CAPEX budget
• Experience managing CAPEX equipment (Heavy equipment / Physical assets) worth at least $500M
• Leadership experience (Coaching and development of Analysts preferred)
• Strategic capability experience
• 710 years in large national fleet management or other relevant experience

• Role offers flexibility to be based anywhere in North America (NAM) allowing for a wide range of potential locations
• Directly lead a team of 67 members responsible for critical business support functions such as Asset Management Fleet Sales and Warranty Claims
• Lead the preparation and execution of the annual CAPEX budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Develop systems and reports to analyze data for fleet decisions inventory management and key performance metrics. Maintain records and distribute reports on variances and fleet performance.
• Ensure fleet compliance with regulatory agencies such as EPA and CARB. Maintain records to ensure visibility and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Assist in evaluating capital investment needs fleet disposals and overall fleet strategy. Collaborate with global fleet teams Purchasing and Capital Project Managers to align strategies with business goals and budget
