- As the Head of Corporate Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's internal and external image, enhancing brand reputation, and driving effective communication strategies. You will lead help to build and expand the team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans aligned with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive internal and external communication strategies.
- Drive CSR campaigns at the corporate level.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote responsible business practices.
- Create relevant materials such as press releases, presentations, and website content.
- Manage both traditional and digital communication channels.
- Oversee media relations, crisis communication, and corporate messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Lead the development and implementation of new corporate policies and initiatives.
- Strategize, coordinate, and oversee large-scale corporate events across global offices.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within banking financial services or securities.
- Proven track record in managing high-impact communication campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a global perspective.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
