About the Role • Chief owner of Employee Benefit and its related product development and management in CS Department • Drive pricing strategy and exercise portfolio, network and reinsurance management for Employee Benefit in CS Department • Responsible for data analytics for business strategies and experience studies for EB portfolio • Support different EB initiatives by providing actuarial/technical expertise and advice to achieve company and department's performance objectives Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the product library of Employee Benefit and plan for new product development according to the market need and change in the environment
- Enhance and review pricing strategy and underwriting guideline of Employee Benefit
- Lead the team on development of new digital tools to smooth the pricing and underwriting process so as to support the increasing volume of pricing and quotation jobs
- Lead the team to build data warehouse for Employee Benefit, Pension and IVS business so as to support channels and business partners to grow all business lines in an efficient and sustainable way
- Act as the role of technical/actuarial expertise of all Employee Benefit and IVS related projects
- Manage the profitability of Employee Benefit portfolio and represent CS Department in varies financial related Steering Committee, including Claims Committee, Product Development Committee
- Work with GCS technical team, MNC team and other AIA business units to grow CS business of common clients in AIA Group together
- Qualified Actuary
- Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in employee benefit and pension
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in English, Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong technical and project management skills
- Analytical and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal instruction
- Ability to manage and grow a technical team
