Job Description: The HR Geo Services FT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing HR processes within their scope of responsibility. These resources track and monitor delivery of HR services that require close physical proximity to business operations and act as a escalation point for any HR issues arising at the facilities under their purview. The HR Field FT Supervisor will work closely with Field Directors and other stakeholders (Service & Process Mgmt., ER-Investigations, etc.) on any lapses in service delivery or escalations that require additional attention.
