Project Administrator
Job details
Our client, a large and high-profile enterprise organization, is currently looking for a skilled project administrator (1-Year Contract, Rolling) to support their project management team on a multi-year transformation programme. Responsibilities:
- Maintain frequent and detailed communication with all members of the team to ensure clarity
- Monitor progress and follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Arranging and scheduling of meetings and workshops
- Provide support to senior project manager with administrative and project-related duties
- Proactively manage foreseen project risks and mitigate issues as they arise, implementing corrective actions
- Support in the creation and maintenance of project documentation
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed
- Other ad-hoc tasks are required
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project administration or coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
