ForceField’s team of professionals in marketing, growth, strategy, and operations are currently pulled from the various portfolio companies which have a combined team of over 170 professionals across four offices. About the Role: As a KOL Manager specializing in Web3 technologies, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders in the blockchain and cryptocurrency community. You will play a crucial role in amplifying our clients' brand presence, driving engagement, and fostering advocacy among influential figures within the Web3 space. Responsibilities:

• Researching and identifying influential individuals within the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain developers, cryptocurrency analysts, decentralized finance (DeFi) experts, and other thought leaders.
• Building and maintaining relationships with KOLs through various channels, including social media platforms, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborating with KOLs to create engaging and informative content, such as articles, blog posts, videos, and podcasts, that align with our brand values and objectives.
• Leveraging KOL partnerships to drive community engagement and foster discussions around our products, services, and initiatives.
• Monitoring and analyzing KOL-driven content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
• Keeping abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and developments within the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain protocols, decentralized applications, and cryptocurrency markets.
• Sharing relevant insights and updates with internal stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy development.

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, community management, or related roles within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and smart contracts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, drive results, and adapt to evolving trends and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
• Passion for decentralized technologies and a commitment to advancing the principles of decentralization, privacy, and user empowerment.

• This is a full-time, contracted role. Candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors. 
• The compensation range is $2,000-$3,500 USD a month, depending on experience.
