Please find a link to the Job Pack here: Overview of the role The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for continuing to grow our marketing channels creating an advertising strategy that supports us to meet business targets. Through hands-on management and in-depth analysis, you will be able to identify, propose and implement changes and improvements to key fundamentals of our paid channels. Responsible for the KPI success of our advertising, the role holder will optimise investment opportunities to continually improve performance. Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management and optimisation of Google and Bing PPC / display accounts and paid advertising, including Paid Social.
- Creating, implementing, and testing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads and Facebook / Instagram and TikTok.
- Running and Analysis of reports to identify opportunities for investment/divestment such as Search Query, Reports, Device Analysis, Impression Shares and more.
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors and partners as required including planning and expenditure. Working with acquisition partners through affiliate marketing to increase awareness with new audiences and drive qualified leads.
- Always questioning how we can maximise the benefit of our investment by remaining at the leading edge of advertising techniques across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and more.
- Running improvement tests across our advertising to find optimal ways of investing more for improved performance.
- Create compelling ad copy and targeting strategies to reach the desired audience.
- Making digital enhancement suggestions across our landing pages that will support the on-page conversion rate.
- Day to day management of agencies, setting targets and performance goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends and best practices, and implement these in campaigns.
- Collaborate with members of the team to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in pay-per-click (PPC) across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads and ideally of running Paid Social campaigns.
- Experience of running monthly PPC budgets more than £20,000.
- Experience of running B2C campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, such as paid search, paid social and display advertising.
- Strong understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking.
- Experience of marketing within Education or Tourism.
- Experience of growing multi-channel paid campaigns.
- Affiliate marketing experience.
