Business Travel Operations Trainer Our client who is a global operator in Corporate and Marine Travel is looking for someone to join them to play a supportive role in equipping Travel Consultants with the skills and knowledge required for success in their roles. Business Travel Operations Trainer – What will I be doing?

  • This position involves the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs tailored for both new and experienced consultants of varied levels of experience.
  • You will be working closely with the training team, you will contribute to the success of their modern apprenticeship program, including selection of apprentices and providing in-depth training and support.
  • You will be facilitating in-person sessions, conducting remote training, and creating recorded materials and training guides.
Business Travel Operations Trainer – What experience do I need?
  • It is essential that you have worked as Travel Consultant previously using a GDS, either Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre. Preferably within Corporate or Marine travel.
  • You will be experienced in training other consultants previously – this may have been part of a team lead role or a senior travel consultant or a management role – not necessarily as a trainer before. Perhaps you are the go-to person in your current team that shows the new person how to do things or takes the lead in buddying up with people or mentoring and you are now looking to move into a training role?
  • You will naturally have excellent communication skills and again it is essential that you have GDS experience.
Business Travel Operations Trainer – what else do I need to know? This role is a new and exciting position within a large global operation. You will be paid a good salary plus a good benefits scheme. The role is based in Aberdeen. It is an office-based roles.
