CMT-L / TEAMCENTER - Data Developer

Opus Recruitment Solutions are looking to speak with UI/Data Developers to join the Data & Analytics function within one of our Big 4 Consulting clients to focus on the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) discipline around CMT-L and legacy Siemens Team Center applications with the view to integrated into SAP & OpenText. This is an initial 6 month contract with an immediate start and the client are happy to consider fully remote working across Australia (Note: This is a highly secure role within federal government requiring pre-cleared NV1 candidates. Overseas applicants or non-citizens will not be shortlisted or contacted). You will have experience and/ or knowledge across:

• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) & LMDEF loader
• CMT-L
• Siemens Team Center - specialist knowledge of the CMT-L Data model at a UI, Functional, Integration and Database Capability level - OMF Client
• SAP & OpenText

You will be:

• Developing and maintaining current Siemens Teamcentre CMT-L system and OMF application, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces to facilitate efficient data access and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write code to manipulate, validate, and extract data from our systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies related to data management or user interfaces.
• Document technical specifications, system configurations, and user interface designs for future reference.
• Providing specialist knowledge of Teamcentre and CMT-L to the team including Data Model and Relationships
• Manipulating database content to extract authored and approved configuration data in the source system, without corrupting production data or compromising technical integrity.
• Delivering enhanced user experience through the implementation of a new SAP based system.
• Working to understand how the Data is stored for their existing PLM system, and how to extract and present the data in a way that it can be effectively viewed and utilised in other systems like SAP and Opentext.
