OTC Options Trader

Responsibilities: 

• Pricing of vanilla and exotic equity derivative products on Asia Pacific and global equity underlings
• Manage trading book and risk exposure, have a good understanding of markets and dynamically hedge risks against various potential market movements
• Mark and monitor the quality of implied market data parameters such as volatilities and dividend curves
• In cooperation with headquarter, improve pricing platform, risk monitoring tools and derivatives system construction
• Closely work with Sales Trading, Sales and other Trading desks
• Carry strong emphasis on risk management and perform thorough risk assessments on a regular basis
• Report on performance and potential issues to direct management, and more generally support management as and when required

• Master degree in quantitative finance, financial engineering, statistics, math or other relevant quantitative disciplines
• 3 years or above of experience in option trading and good understanding of option pricing models
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to face challenges
• Able to handle the pressure of a fast-pace environment and support team member
• Knowledge of Python or other programming language is a must
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
