About The Role We are looking for a Chief of Staff to support the Chief Studio Officer in building a world-class publishing and development team within the Immutable Games team. The CSO has full responsibility for the Games Studio team at Immutable and is a huge champion of the Chief of Staff role, having been a Chief of Staff earlier in his career. As the Chief of Staff, you will help maximise the effectiveness of the studio team and play a pivotal role in developing a strong performance-driven culture across the studio. In this role, you will have a seat at the executive table with visibility across all the key decisions made at the company and have a large scope of impact across the organization. You’ll Be Empowered To
- Work with the Chief Studio Officer to define the long-term Immutable Studio Strategy
- Develop processes, rituals and working culture for the Studio
- Assist the Chief Studio Officer in OKR and insights tracking across the Immutable Studio
- Define and launch strategy across the Studio
- Oversee delivery leadership of cross-functional projects across the Studio
- Help establish new functions in the studio
- Improve communication across the studio team and wider company
- Facilitate effective collaboration across the studio team and their direct reports
- Apply your superpowers to make a big impact!
- 8+ years of work experience in high-performing environments
- 5+ years experience in either management consulting, investment banking or in a strategy/chief of staff role at a technology company
- Exceptional communication skills - in this role, you need to be a master at managing a range of different stakeholders
- Experience managing large strategy projects at either a management consulting firm or a large technology company
- Demonstrated exceptional project management skills and evidence you have successfully worked on multiple projects at once
- A high propensity to get things done - 100% focus on execution
- The ability to effectively and quickly synthesise disparate information into clear recommendations, actions and decisions
- Experience influencing key decisions and forming opinions that will be respected by senior executives
- The ability to establish strong, trusted relationships across the organisation (people will come to you with problems and trust you to solve them)
- Love of video games (must be an active gamer)
