Senior C&B Manager

Our client is a well-reputed, rapidly growing, HK-based conglomerate. In order to cope with their business expansion and transformation, they are currently looking for a Senior C&B Manager to lead their C&B function. This incumbent will be responsible for the development and execution of overall reward and compensation strategies to enable the company to effectively attract, retain, motivate and engage the talents. Job duties:
- Lead a C&B team to provide full spectrum of C&B related services include but not limited to staff cost budgeting, compensation benchmarking and structures, incentive plans designing, total rewards development, job grading, and HRIS implementation etc.
- In charge of the company's payroll and fringe benefits administration, and tax reporting, etc.
- Review and suggest improvements on the company's HR workflow and processes to achieve operational efficiency and support ongoing business growth
- Provide C&B related analyis and prepare regular reports to support business operations, such as HR analytics study, workforce planning, benefits survey, and HR costing etc.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
- Degree holder in Business Management, HR or equivalent is preferred
- At least 12 years of C&B operations experience, highly preferred with experience in a team leading/ supervisory role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with flexible and adaptive mindset
- Great team player with the ability to work independently
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment practices in Hong Kong
- HR technology savvy and proficient in MS suite
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
