Responsibilities
- Perform daily operations of settlement activities for global equities , Fixed Income , FX and MM;
- Process daily tasks including trade matching and ensure all instructions are executed timely and efficiently;
- Liaise directly with front office, brokers, and custodians to resolve trade and settlement issues;
- Conduct margin calls with counterparties;
- Ensure daily relevant processing are completed properly within pre-defined deadline;
- Escalate any issue to Team Manager's attention in timely manner;
- Participate in UAT for any new system enhancement and implementation;
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Degree or above;
- Responsible, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure;
- 0 - 3 years relevant Settlement experience in Asset Management / Investment Bank (Fresh Graduates are also considered);
- Familiar with SWIFT system;
- Excel Macro / VBA Knowledge is preferred;
- Excellent command of spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
- Willing to work on public holidays and morning shifts.
