Business Analyst - Corporate Actions

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the development of solutions with cross business stakeholders (Technology, Operations, Compliance etc) to achieve business objectives
• Maintain close communication with business users and IT teams and coordinate requirement analysis activities.
• Define business needs with stakeholders and various other functional groups
• Perform business analysis, determine workflow, and give recommendations on process enhancements and system upgrades
• Manage and reconcile conflicts on resource and expectations between stakeholders

Requirements:

• Working experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management
• Background within Corporate Actions
• Excellent writing skills to produce documentation e.g. requirement documents, analysis reports, proposals, specifications etc.
• Strong communicator comfortable engaging with senior level stakeholders
• Strong analytical capabilities and learning ability, can quickly adapt to deal with changing requirements
