We are seeking aNurse/Midwife Clinical Coordinator – Diabetes expertise to join our vibrant team. This role provides sound professional advice critical in dealing with significant issues related to assessment, planning, review, evaluation, and coordination of client care in defined practicearea. The successful applicant willhave:

• Current Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible forsame
• Graduate Certificate beyond entry-to-practice relevant to specialityarea
• Experience driving amanual vehicle and be eligible to obtain a NT DriversLicence
• Willingness to travel to remote communities by 4 WD or light aircraft on aregular basis and stay for up to aweek asrequired.
