The role:

• A hands on, lead reviewer and project manager
• Client facing, supporting proposal development, scoping out client needs
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues, lead by example, quality checking

You will be required to: • Supervise systematic literature review (SLR) projects, including: o Design o Running of searches o Review of title, abstract and full papers o Data extraction • Undertake project management activities on SLR projects, including: o Project planning o Client liaison o Managing and reviewing the work of other review analysts o Quality control • Lead on SLR proposals and pitch presentations • Lead on the development of standard operating and quality control processes for SLR • Be responsible for the line management of 2-3 SLR analysts • Contribute to training of SLR analysts This is a technical hands on position, giving you a pathway to develop client management and commercial skills, or staying in the 'technical SME lane' under the guidance and support of an established leadership team.
