The Opportunity The team is looking for an Experienced Collaborative Designer in their EMEIA team. This team works directly with all the their client centres across EMEIA to co-create client experiences and support the development of the ecosystem. Our client is about people and business outcomes. Immersive programs are designed that bring the right people together, giving them the mindset and collaborative tools to think differently. These days this is done both virtually, in-person, and blended sessions for clients around the world. Key Responsibilities

  1. An Experience Designer understands what excellent design looks like, how to articulate a client’s vision and the roadmap to get there, and has experience around sustainability. They are ultimately responsible for:
  • Working with account teams to understand the client’s situation and opportunities around sustainability.
  • Working closely with the Experience Lead to translate their needs into an experience design, thereby aligning all stakeholders around the purpose of the session, the objectives, outcomes, and outputs.
  • Supporting the end-to-end delivery for foundational archetypes OR, together with an Experience Lead, delivering the end-to-end client experience for advanced archetypes.
  • Ensuring the experiences delivered generate sales and pipeline for the business.
In addition to client facing client experiences, the role supports the ambition of the client ecosystem to accelerate the way that their ecosystem brings the best to client’s transformational ambitions and challenges. This will involve supporting initiatives and projects which:
  • Anticipate future trends and patterns where they can help clients create competitive advantage, challenge the status quo and architect the future of the ecosystem at speed.
  • Leverage the profile and brand to generate client demand for high-quality experiences and empower the business to sell and self-serve (relevant) experiences.
  • Connect the full power of the ecosystem to cultivate and co-create client experiences which accelerate growth, create long-term value, and help flourish together.
Detailed Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting initiatives to embed into priority sectors, buyer-based Fields of Play, and organization solutions.
  • Working with senior stakeholders across the organization to change their behavior in how they understand and use Our client.
  • Building assets which can be used by account teams or solution teams to tell the story
  • Ensuring a consistent design experience using approved methodologies and best practices.
  • Supporting managing session scope and costings.
  • Managing staffing of all required session personnel (SMRs, account team members).
  • Supporting cadence of calls with client Sponsor Design Team.
  • Overseeing logistics, technical setup, etc.
  • Overseeing session documentation and ensuring successful close out.
  • Managing account team and delivery team stakeholders as part of the session design.
  • Successful delivery of simple sessions across a wide array of industries with a focus on sustainability.
  • Generating additional leads and following up Our client opportunities with stakeholders.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Advanced degree with exposure to Systems or Design Thinking.
  • 1-5 years professional experience.
  • Ability to quickly understand different client objectives and use creative problem-solving skills to translate objectives into engaging workshops.
  • Some experience working directly with senior stakeholders (internally and with clients).
  • Exposure to facilitated workshops and techniques, and leading the facilitation in some cases e.g., in smaller sessions or breakout groups.
  • Experience using design thinking and working in agile teams.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to coach internal teams.
  • Business knowledge of one (or more) industry sector.
  • Fluent, business-level English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work in Europe (requisite visa).
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
  • Experience using (and a passion for) interactive technology and collaboration tools.
  • A curious mindset and the ability to drive innovation.
  • A background in bringing together multiple parties to work together to architect solutions and ideas which engage clients.
