Job Description:
- Develop long-term strategic plans, operational policies, and incentive mechanisms for the company, and optimize internal governance.
- Attract top global technology and business talents to join the company
- Plan and coordinate product design, and drive the industrialization of technology projects funded by the company.
- Align with the philosophy of the company and work together to create a top global technological innovation ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with extensive management experience in high-tech companies
- At least 5 years of experience as a CEO or executive, and cross[1]disciplinary product thinking and operational ability as a top-level product manager.
- Familiarity with governance, operating models, and incentive mechanisms is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English, strong spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship, exceptional communication and coordination skills, and leadership style
