The successful candidate will join a growing Talent Development function, currently increasing headcount globally. In this role you will be collaborating with the global team and have the following responsibilities:

  • Be the face of talent development in the APAC-region
  • Implement the talent development roadmap for the region
  • Assist with onboarding programmes and training delivery
  • Conduct and organisation-wide skills assessment and a gap analysis
  • Partner with the business to identify learning & development need
  • Use a data-driven approach to uncover gaps and identify solutions
  • Organise learning events and be responsible for training project management
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to address learning gaps
  • Training evaluation and analysis to different level of stakeholders
  • Interact with vendors globally and maintain strong relationships
  • Respond to queries and training requests on an ad-hoc basis
Your Present Skillset
  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the employee lifecycle, talent management, learning interventions, needs and gap analysis, vendor management and training events management
  • Evidence of building strong business partnerships in previous roles
  • People Analytics skills and an understanding of Power BI is advantageous
  • An ability to dig deep, analyse data and identify appropriate solutions
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities whilst working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Self-starter who is able to organize their own workload as well as assisting others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Workday Learning or LMS experience is desirable
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across all levels of an organization
  • Passion for growing and developing people in an entrepreneurial environment
  • HR management or Organizational Psychology Master- Degree level qualification preferred
