We understand that going through a divorce or separation can be a challenging and uncertain time, and we are here to provide support and help navigate through it. Our approach focuses on alternatives to court, such as mediation, collaborative law, and arbitration, to minimize conflict, costs, and the length of the process. Our goal is to guide families through this journey and make it as stress-free as possible. Role Description This is a full/part time (your choice) remote role for a Family Law Consultant at LSL Family Law. As a Family Law Consultant, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, assisting with legal document preparation, and offering guidance on legal issues related to family law. You will work closely with clients to help them navigate through their divorce or separation, advocating for alternatives to court and providing the support they need during this difficult time. We are seeking experienced family lawyers with experience of dispute resolution. Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in family law
- Proficiency in legal document preparation
- Ability to provide legal advice and assistance
- Strong understanding of legal issues related to family law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in family mediation, collaborative law, or family arbitration is a plus
- relevant qualifications in family law
