The Role of Product Manager Managing a £30m+ portfolio end to end, reporting to the Senior Product Manager, driving growth and direction.

• Driving strategy for portfolio growth.
• Management of existing portfolio - roadmap
• Identifying market opportunities,
• Support marketing team /Sales enablement -customer insights, data sheets,
• Price modeling /positioning
• Voice of customer/market research

The Company looking for a Product Manager A leading Fortune 200 global player in the manufacturing/machinery / Industrial market working over several segments. This outstanding company employs over 40,000 employees worldwide, with turnover reaching 15 billion you will be joining a major player in the industry. For the Product Manager Position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Previous experience in Product Management, managing end to end portfolios including pricing, identifying new business opportunities, and understanding technical issues.

• B2B Product Management - lubricants / Industrial chemicals or similar products (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills (internal and external stakeholders)
• Product pricing
• Ownership of full Product Roadmap
• Working collaboratively with Sales, operations and technical
• B2B Product Marketing and Technical sales knowledge
• Experienced in machinery manufacturing / Industrial maintenance.
• Happy to commuter to office (Leeds) Hybrid role - with some international travel.

Remuneration & Benefits for Product Manager:

• Salary: £45 to £60,000
• Bonus 15%
• Pension 11%
• Hybrid / Remote working
• 35 hour working week
