Interim Court of Protection Solicitor – Initial 3 months (potential for extension) Our client, a renowned regional law firm is currently looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor for an initial period of three months whilst they look to recruit permanently. The ideal candidate will be experienced in dealing with a full and varied Court of Protection caseload including:

• Statutory Wills
• Deputyship
• Trustee appointment and/or removal
• Powers of Attorney
• Advising attorneys and deputies

This is a great opportunity to work for with a very well established COP team. Our client is open to considering someone who can offer 3-5 days per week and is open to either a hybrid or remote working set up for the right candidate.
