Senior Data Analyst Health-tech Company Remote (anywhere in Europe) €65,000 + benefits The Company This is an exciting role for someone to join an incredibly innovative health-tech business who are leading the way in digital mental healthcare and revolutionising society's perception and knocking down the stigma behind it. The business is expanding across Europe and you will have the opportunity to drive innovation in the mental health landscape, leading solutions to create a real difference to the industry. You will be a data & analytics expert, someone who is always looking to push boundaries and create real change for good using the latest data and analytics tools and techniques. What's exciting?:

• Work closely with the Head of Analytics to propel the business into a new age of data decisioning

• Salary is €65,000 per annum with great benefits

The Role

• Be the expert in data & analytics for the company, working closely with cross-functional departments and mainly marketing and product teams
• Define requirements and KPIs for measuring business growth and success
• Be the subject matter expert on all things data & analytics and provide expert analysis on ad-hoc requests
• Build dashboards and deliver compelling insights to a range a senior level stakeholders
• Build data models to predict key performance indicators e.g. LTV, churn analysis
• Build data pipelines to level up data warehousing processes

You

• 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst, or in a similar role within a digital first business
• Expert programming skills in SQL, Python and/or other relevant languages
• Data visualisation skills and tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI etc)
• Experience working with relevant data set - marketing, product, business processes etc
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• AB testing, predictive analytics, customer research, casual impact analysis - any of these would be a huge benefit
