- Practice in your own therapy room or build your caseload to include a blend of community and in-clinic visits (you even have access to a playground!)
- All assessments and resources are supplied
- Complete assessments and deliver evidence-based, client-driven intervention to the paediatric population
- Manage your day-to-day client caseload to support positive outcomes
- Provide accurate, timely and high-quality reports and maintain accurate documentation of client progress
- Participate in continuing professional development
- Offer guidance and support to families and/or education facilities on strategies for facilitating communication and language development at home/in the community
- Develop relationships within the community and liaise with other stakeholders to provide holistic care

- Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility to apply)
- Drivers licence and access to a car
- Current Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain this)
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in providing assessment and intervention to children and adolescents
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexible mind set and adaptability
